[ Finn nods, absently scratching the backs of Mightyena's ears. As much as he doesn't like reaching out for help, Archie's is very much appreciated. ] I'll keep you in mind. Thanks.
[he doesn't need reminding; he stumbles with a groan again when finn teleports them both. fortunately, mightyena seems far more accustomed to it. it grunts happily at the new location, sniffing towards the stand.]

[let's not go into detail, but: archie is a master at drunken chundering and he has not really eaten today. that combined means there's not much of a mess and he didn't get any in his beard. okay. good. we're not talking about that anymore.]

[it's actually mildly upsetting-- archie recognises a lot of the patterns in finn's behaviour he's been through himself. he knows how these spirals go.]
These powers we get are weird and fucky things, are they not? Took me forever to build up the courage to try my water breathin'.
[ If Finn's learned anything with the First Order, it's that intentions don't matter. Actions do. Or at least... when it only concerns him. But he's not about to try explaining that can of worms to Archie. ]
